ALSENSE MOTORSPORT SRL (“Alsense Motorsport”)

ORDERING
By completing and submitting an electronic order form, you are providing your will to contract which  will result in a binding contract between you and Alsense Motorsport. Please note that the ordered goods/products will not be sent  to you until Alsense Motorsport will receive the confirmation of the payment from its payment provider . We will not be liable if there is a delay, and we will not accept your order if payment is not authorized.

Certain steps must be followed for a contract to be formed, as described below.

After you have placed your order:

You will receive an email of confirmation of the order if Alsense Motorsport has the goods/ products in stock.

We do not have to accept your order, and for example, we will not accept your order if:

• We do not have the products in stock
• Your payment is not authorized
• There is an error on our website regarding the price or other details of the products
• You have canceled your order

RETURNING PRODUCTS AFTER SENDING

Each product which you bought and which was sold by Alsense Motorsport through www.alsense.eu website is warrantied for 2 years after purchase. If you encounter issues with the product, please contact us first.  In case the product that you ordered from Alsenese Motorsport is defective, we will repair it or replace it, depending on the nature of the defect. If this shall be the case, Alsense Motorsport will support the charges for shipping you back the repaired or changed product.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices throughout the website are quoted in Euro. Delivery costs, if any, will be added to the total price of your purchase.

While we make every effort to ensure that the products shown on our website are currently available at the price shown, we cannot guarantee that this will always be the case. If products you have ordered are unavailable, you will be notified as soon as possible. In case you will be able to place an order and pay for it as well, but the products are not in stock, Alsense Motorsport will contact you to determine subsequent steps. You can either wait until the products are back in stock or ask for a refund.

Where an offer mentions that an item is reduced in price, eg: half-price, the discount will be calculated at checkout before any postage or packaging charges are applied.

LIABILITY

Alsense Motorsport SRL is not liable for any damage the products ordered by you from our website can or could produce to your health and safety or to your near ones. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you accept that you are the only one who is responsible for choosing to use Alsense Motorsport products as well as for the way in which you are using them.

Alsense Motorsport products are not designed to be used on public roads and should not be used on public roads as well as  on any other roads or spaces that allow pedestrian access or third party access whether by vehicle or by any other means.  In case of faulty installation of Alsense Motorsport products that lead or could lead to affecting you vehicle or your vehicle’s components, either mechanical or electrical, it’s not under Alsene Motorsport SRL liability.  This is the reason why you are the only one who is responsible for the way in which you install such products. Alsense Motorsport strongly recommends respecting the user guide for the product you’re installing, but does not carry any liability in this regard.

Moreover, if you choose to use Alsense Motorsport products in motorsport competitions, Alsense Motorsport SRL is not responsible for the results that you obtain in these competitions nor for the material or immaterial damages that you could suffer in case of faulty results of Alsense Motorsport products.

Changes to Terms & Conditions for buying products online

We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions for buying products online from time to time. If this happens, we will notify you by posting the new Terms & Conditions for buying products online on the website. If you do not wish to be governed by the revised Terms & Conditions for buying products online, you must not place any further orders.
